Our History

The Dabney Cellar, or "The Cellar," as it is affectionately known, opened in 2017 as a casual wine bar offspring by the Michelin starred restaurant The Dabney and its award winning cocktail program.   

The Cellar

"The Cellar" is our hidden and intimate English basement space that serves a wide variety of wines by the glass, specialty cocktails, oysters, country hams and other various mid-Atlantic driven food preparations.

Private Events

The Cellar is the perfect space for a small private get together. We can host up to 30 guest for anything from a happy hour, full evening cocktail party, or guided wine tasting.

Mid-Atlantic oysters, cheeses, and country hams are always available along with other regionally driven food preparations.  In addition to a wide variety of wines by the glass, The Cellar also boasts an award winning cocktail program and full bar.
